UoA shapes of creativity and innovation

Creativity has particular shapes. Typical classrooms are arranged in one direction, limiting the flow of information. When we are trying to solve complex problems, we should pay attention to the shapes of interaction and information flow. This workshop will help students notice when interactions are stuck, how to unstuck them, move through networks and use evolution principles to drive change.
