How do you playfully reveal hidden qualities in yourself, objects, relationships and environment?
Relationships drive in change our world. However positive change hinges on our ability to sense and communicate hidden value within everyday situations – becoming present and adaptive to our surroundings. Yet we are too often stuck in our habits and lack energy for curiosity and exploration. We could embrace life as a Moving Puzzle. How do you playfully reveal hidden qualities in yourself, objects, relationships and environment? This journey of our self-awareness, self-discovery and self-expression helps us understand that value lies not solely within ourselves, but in the network of relations we craft, and social capital we build together.
Themes:
1. Relationships as interaction –and behavioural flexibility within changing relationship situations
2. Trust as active process – relating skills that improve sensitivity and shared situation awareness
3. Leadership as emergent property of groups – moving beyond human capital towards social capital
Outcomes (based on the science of wisdom):
1. Truth – theoretical understanding of the play-science approach to relationships
2. Power – practical skills for breaking out of comfort zones of interaction
3. Presence – experience using theory and skills to build trust, connection and deeper relationships
4. Belonging – awareness of how our personality and character not fixed, but rather revealed in context
