How do we increase trust, accountability and resilience in our team?
We will use Lego Serious Play (LSP) to deepen communication and meaning inside your team. The bricks and pieces become characters inside stories constructed by your team and shared verbally (and kinetically!) between them. Like when two people ponder art together, human curiosity is sparked to ask questions about the story told by the bricks, which will progressively deepen connection and shared meaning in your team. We use the stories to understand divergent perspectives on topics such as planning, strategy and team-culture. Everyone can do it! We also “warm-up” and mix it up with communication games.
We will use Moving Puzzles to improve creativity, innovation, trust and accountability. Topics include mindfulness, playfulness, shared and asymmetric goals, co-creativity, revealing hidden value, group creativity and cross-cultural learning. I will facilitate in such a way to share just enough information and concepts verbally to keep the experience flowing. There will be space for discussion and reflection.
